One of M&P Enterprises showcase senior housing assets is an 85-bed assisted living center with a secured care unit for those with dementia. M&P handles the operations management for this facility, which involves managing the day to day operations, overseeing agency financials (monthly budgeting/revenues) and providing nursing leadership.
Under M&P’s guidance and direction the community was able to rebuild not only its reputation but its financial stronghold in under a year. Strategies and changes which M&P put into place allowed the institution to gain a positive reputation in the community, re-gain profitability and gain stronger referral relationships within the skilled nursing communities, social work agencies and hospitals.
Due to the year of proven success, the center Owner’s renewed their contract with M&P for three more years.

Projection to the Future

Not only does M&P work to assist existing facilities; the company provides the advantage when it comes to those investing or developing new elderly care facilities. As baby boomers age, the prerequisites for assisted living facilities are changing. Boomers are desiring and expecting facilities like “life plan” or “age in place” communities which operate in tune with the needs and wants of their generation.
In addition, due to the ever-aging population institutions offering expert memory care units to handle individuals affected by varying forms of dementia: alzheimers, lewy body, frontotemporal, vascular or mixed dementia are on the rise.
